Obituary for Charles T. "Chas" Biddle Charles T. Biddle Passed in peace on Sunday, July 8, 2018. He was born in Elmira, NY on March 11, 1952 to the late Darwin and Marie Boatman Biddle. Preceded in death by his son, Charles "Chucky" Jr.; brother, Robert Biddle and sister Mary Ellen Bradshaw. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lugene Strong Biddle; daughter, Tiffany Burns (Steve Barton) and her four children, Devon, Zoe, Brody and Zayden; son, Randy Biddle and his two daughters, Alyssa and Adriana and step-son Calvin; great grandchildren, Brayden, Braylynn, Brielle, Clementine and Taylor; sister Barbara Stermer; brother, Darwin (Sue) Biddle; son-in-law, Kyle Burns; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
