David K. Weaver \nElmira, NY \nPassed away Tuesday morning on March 30, 2021. David was born on March 4, 1957, in Batavia, NY, the son of Norris and MaryLou Coe Weaver. He was predeceased by his mother, MaryLou Weaver. David is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Sam) Danna and their children Jackson, Drake, and Camden; brothers, Mark Weaver, Scott (Nobuko) Weaver, and Jeff (Susan) Weaver; sister, Lisa (Jim) Edens; and several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. He owned and operated Weaver's Cycle Service for over 30 years in Elmira, NY. His passion for motorcycles started at a young age and translated into a successful career. The name "Weaver" and motorcycles was synonymous for most bikers in the area. His attention to detail was unmatched, and his pure honesty was something that his customers could rely on. A good man who was more caring than most thought. His pride and joy was his only daughter Courtney, along with his three grandsons. He enjoyed spending time with them as often as he could and looked forward to his weekly donut date with the boys. A great man who will be missed by so many. A tremendous and heartfelt thanks go to the staff at Bampa's House for providing a peaceful and loving environment during his transition from this life to the next. It was David's wishes that all services be held privately. Condolences and words of comfort may be expressed at David's Book of Memories at www.sullivansfuneralhome.com.
