Diana Wike Castor\n2/3/1932 - 9/27/2018\n\nDiana graduated from Lancaster General Hospital Nursing Program in1953, married Richard Jenkins Castor on June 12, 1954 and worked as a nurse at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, before raising her family. Best known as Di, Mom and Nana, she was known for her generous heart and gift of hospitality, opening her home and heart to those who were in need, living the life of a Proverbs 31 woman. She is survived by her six children, R. Jeffrey Castor, Cathleen Castor Forney, Jennifer (Edward) Townley, Belinda Castor, Karen (Robert) Stewart and Jonathan (Sharon) Castor. She is loved by her many grandchildren, Nathan (Maryn) Forney, Morgan (Betsy) Forney, Caitlin (Mark) McNutt, Sarah Castor, Ben Townley, Noah Townley, Jill Stewart, Sam Stewart, Florin Castor and Cristian Castor and was blessed with ten great grandchildren. She is a child of Christ and now a resident in Heaven, joining her beloved husband, Dick (Richard Jenkins Castor). Celebration of life services will be held at a beautiful, antique appointed Rock Stream country estate located at 524 Rock Stream Road, Rock Stream, NY 14878 on Saturday, October 6 at 11:00 am.
