Wiladene Jane Cowger "Willy"\n\nPassed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the age of 85. Willy was born November 30, 1933 in Corning, NY, daughter of the late Tracy and Muriel Barker Cram. Willy is survived by her husband Robert P. Cowger; siblings; Douglas Buckley of Addison, Mildred (Cram) Swan of Gainesville, GA., Joseph J. Cram of Shreveport, La., Ruth Kettenburg of Florida, and Sharyn (Cram) Henry of Canaseraga, N.Y. Children; Alan (Patricia) Tobey; Troy (Sherry Wood) Tobey, Corinne (Stephen) Ludwig; grandchildren, Kristen (Ben Callear) Austin, Katrina (Eric) Phillippi, TJ (Kristi) Tobey, Caryn (Corey) Cowan, Mishelle (Salvatore) DeTillio , Mikael (Lindsay Allen) Stapleton, Malissa Stapleton; and several great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several extended family members. Willy was the life of the party! She loved spending time with her family, playing Bingo, collecting pigs and stuffed animals. She spent many years laundering clothes for her customers and she held various retail positions throughout her life. She enjoyed singing, dancing and astrology. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Wiladene Cowger's Celebration of Life at Woodlawn National Cemetery, 1825 Davis Street, Elmira, NY on June 20, 2019 at 1pm. \n\nRain or shine the celebration will go on.
