Diane Rae (Johnson) Rowe of Horseheads and formerly Binghamton, New York, succumbed after a long battle with dementia and passed away on July 18, 2025. Diane was 84 years old. Diane was born to parents Raymond and Katherine (Littlefield) Johnson on August 24, 1940 in Perrysburg, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo.
